We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. We also loved the terrace, a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The free wi-fi was a bonus, keeping us connected throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and offered a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Everything was great during 1 day, loved its favourable location right by the correct rapidKL train line, the berjaya times Square mall, and monorail, metro. The room with tv: )

The hotel was located close enough to metro. Booked a room with tv. A shower and a soap was a plus.

the hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a particularly good area, really close to monorail, metro and kuala lumpur. the staff was affable, polite with every request. the location was favourable and magnificent, for example, an isetan the japan store was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

Clean and inexpensive hostel with comfortable pods. Convenient location near malls, restaurants, and a convenience store. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, creating a really nice atmosphere. The common room was okay, nothing mind-blowing but a nice place to hang out and meet other travelers. Speaking of which, the fellow travelers were awesome! The bed was okay, although it did make a cracking sound with every move, which was slightly uncomfortable. The interior design of the capsule was jaw-droppingly cool, but I couldn't find a TV inside. The shared toilet was surprisingly clean, which is always a plus. a great option for travelers who want value for money, but might not be the best choice for female Muslim travelers.

My favorite place is always there for me. Even when I lost my necklace, the helpful staff found it. Perfect amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. Coming back for Easter.

During my recent stay at Bestow Hostel, I had a positive experience with the staff. When my phone accidentally fell between the bed and the wall, three helpful workers went above and beyond to retrieve it for me. They took my situation seriously and provided excellent assistance. Additionally, the owner made an exception about the deposit, which was greatly appreciated. The location of the hostel was also a highlight, as it was conveniently situated. I would recommend this hostel for its helpful staff and convenient location.
